Ringside Report & Photos by Damon “Latinbox” Gonzalez

Los Angeles, CA – Cruiserweight Ali Akhmedov goes to (12-0, 9 KO’s) after scoring a TKO stoppage over Jorge Escalante (9-2-1, 6 KO’s) in the Main Event of Hollywood Fight Nights Presented by Tom Loeffler’s 360 Promotions Live at the Avalon Hollywood in Los Angeles, CA.

Akhmedov a heavy handed puncher dictated every round in the fight going right after Escalante who seemly took most of the shots through out the contest after the continuous punishment issued by Akhmedov in the contest the referee seen enough jumps in and waves off the fight.

Welterweight Abraham Lopez (10-1-1, 6 KO’s) from Rowland Heights, CA. Impressively scores a unanimous decision victory over Gloferson Ortizo (12-1-1, 6 KO’s) Issuing Ortizo his first professional loss with no question clearly putting the pressure on Ortizo all night long, Ortizo was game throughout the fight but it was all López in the stretch, Judges tally’s were 60-54, 59-55 2x for Lopez.

Brooklyn’s welterweight Brian Ceballo (4-0, 2 KO’s) a slick puncher continues to impress as he punches right through tough customer Tavorus Teague from Bakersfield, CA. ending his night by KO victory.

Ceballo beating Teague to the punch doing little faint catches him cleanly in the inside, Teague leaning in too much was not to successful Ceballo performance raised the bar in his second appearance in LA.

Lightweight Adian Corona (1-0) scores a unanimous decision victory in his professional debut against tough Teodoro Alonso (0-2)

The young Corona creating space moving in angles catching Alonso with hard power shots with a flash quick right hook consistently, Alonso didn’t impress standing in front getting hit throughout the contest as Corona dictates majority of the contest.

Judges official scores 40-36 39-37 2x.

Lightweight Elvina White (3-0) beats Jasmine Clarkson from Cedar Hill, Texas to a hard fought unanimous decision on Friday night, White a tough fighter needs too step out use her range better, I would like to see her step back pick her spots to land solid shots.

Clarkson had effective moments in the fight she used a sneakie counter hook that cracked White flush a few times in the fight but it was White who edged out the

victory 39-37 on all judges cards.

Super Welterweight Vardges Vardanyan (2-0) outworked Camerson Christopher (0-1) to a unanimous decision victory, Vardanyan a young action fighter showing better versatility used a right hand behind the jab no question Christopher was in clear range to get caught constantly. beyond me for what ever reason Christopher’s Jab he throws it out to close, gets himself in the position to get hit to easy and clearly that was the tale of this contest. All three judges official scores 40-36 for Vardanyan.

Cruiserweight Marco Deckmann (1-0, 1 KO) from Los Angeles, CA. wins his professional debut against David Damore (1-3-3). ending Danore’s night by way TKO victory.

Deckmann I liked his bad-ass demeanor in the ring he jumped right on Damore from the opening bell Damore showed quickly that he’s predictable as he opens up with left hands that are not connecting.

Deckmann took the fight right to him by fighting at a faster pace being the boss in the fight leaving no question about the stoppage.
